Privacy Policy

Hyperion Strategies LLC (“Hyperion,” “we,” “I”) keeps this simple: I collect only what I need to respond to you and deliver the work, I never sell your data, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Privacy at a glance

- Access or deletion on request — just email me.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company, and the message you send.
- Retainer booking: your name, email, company, notes, and the time slot you choose.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe — Hyperion never sees or stores your full card number.
- Usage data: collected automatically via Google Analytics — pages visited, referring links, and approximate location and device/browser type. This is aggregate, behavioral data, not used to identify you personally.
How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and scope potential work.
- To schedule calls, send booking confirmations and receipts, and deliver and support engagements.
- To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
Who processes it
I use a small set of trusted providers, each handling only what their job requires:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email (confirmations and receipts).
- Vercel — site hosting and delivery.
- Google Analytics — aggregate traffic and usage measurement (sets cookies).
- Managed PostgreSQL — secure storage of booking records.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find it and which pages they read. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to measure that traffic. The site also stores one first-party preference — your light/dark theme choice — in your browser's local storage; that never leaves your device.
Analytics data is aggregate and used only to improve the site. I don't use it for advertising and I don't sell it. You can opt out at any time: block or clear cookies in your browser, or install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works fully with cookies disabled.
What I don't do
I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't use it for third-party advertising. Your details are shared only with the providers above, and only as needed to deliver the service.
Retention & your choices
I keep your information only as long as needed for your inquiry or engagement, plus any period required by law. You can request a copy of your data, or ask me to delete it, by emailing hello@hyperion-strat.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to what's necessary to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable, current measures to protect your information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
